Halloween may not be a huge deal in France as it is in America, but the French don't joke around--I've got a found-day weekend, no school until Wednesday! I'm off to Deauville tomorrow and in the spirit of all things French and chic, I'm channeling a '90s DKNY vibe: no shoulders.
